No. Eternimax only coordinates private cremations, where your pet is cremated individually and ashes are always returned to you.
In many areas, we can coordinate transport and cremation within hours. Timing depends on local provider availability, but our coordinators are available 24/7 to guide you.
Your monthly plan includes our coordination service plus a credit toward private cremation (amount varies by pet size). Any provider costs beyond the included credit are paid directly to the provider.
We cover most major metro areas through our vetted partner network. Availability will be confirmed during onboarding.
Yes. Coverage is immediate for accidental or sudden death. For natural death or planned euthanasia, there is a 60-day waiting period (up to 90 days for senior pets).
No. Eternimax is not a veterinary clinic and does not provide medical advice. We coordinate services with independent, licensed providers.
